Very nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.
In low season it is possible to book only one housing unit with a discount.

Staying 09/07/2022-16/07/2022 Chalupa je prostorná a dobře vybavená, pan majitel milý a vstřícný. Obec Boudy je krásně upravená, žijí v ní usměvaví lidé a okolní příroda je úchvatná. Skvělým bonusem je Hostinec U Bédi a autobusové spojení do Čimelic, Mirotic a Písku.

Staying 07/08/2021-14/08/2021 Velice krásné prostředí - obrovský klídek (chata na samém konci vesničky). Poblíž nejlepší hospůdka "U Bédi" s pravou domácí kuchyní a točenou plzničkou. Majitel objektu přátelský, milý a komunikativní. Využili jsme oba objekty (samostatné byty),grilování i posezení pod pergolou. Celkově skvěle strávená dovolená s mnoha možnostmi výletů.

Staying 17/07/2021-24/07/2021 Skvělá domluva s majitelem, chaty čisté, připravené. Předání po pobytu také bez problému. Prostředí úžasné - les plný borůvek, kousek od Orlíku, strategická pozice na vyjíždění po výletech do hodinky autem ????

Staying 03/07/2021-10/07/2021 Objekt odpovídal fotografiím. Vše čisté, opravené, připravené k pobytu. Dostatek prostoru, krásné prostředí.
Za chatou skutečně rostou borůvky, v zahradě k volné spotřebě jahody a třešně. Chata je výchozím bodem na turistické výpravy a vycházky po okolí. Klidná lokalita bez návalu turistů.
Fungovala i hospůdka s domácí kuchyní.
Jedinou nevýhodou druhého bytu jsou okna pouze do dvora, tak působí trochu ponuře. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme ho měli pouze na přespání, vůbec nám to nezkazilo náladu. Možností, kde trávit pobyt je mnoho - dvorek, obývací pokoj, venkovní posezení.
Vřele doporučuji.!!!!
